We aim to deliver your orders promptly and safely. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, tracking options, and how we handle delays or issues to ensure your products reach you efficiently.

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will start working on your order to ensure you receive your item(s) as soon as possible.

For any reason you have not recieved your order(s) after the working days indicated below for each each country/region, please contact us with your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible.

You will receive an email with the tracking of your order(s) so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment(s) at any time.

Newra/Newra Studiosshall not be held responsible for delivery errors caused by the user(s) when entering the delivery address details in the order form or any mistakes by local couriers, this includes damages and lost items/packages. These must be taken up with the courier and the customer.

Please allow extra days to recieve your item(s) during collection launches, Black Friday events and public holidays due to high demand, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

  • Express shipping - typically takes around one to two working days ( 24-48 hours ).
