We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and cancellations, including the conditions, timelines, and how to request a return or cancellation.

Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing — our system is designed for speed and efficiency, making sure you recieve your order(s) as soon as possible.

As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances.

Returns


We only accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note the following:

  • items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Sale items, limited releases, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request at our discretion, even without providing a reason.

  • We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
