Where is my order?
Everytime we ship an order you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Please check the status of the shipment through this information.
If the status hasn't changed or seems to be stuck, please contact support@newra.uk and we will be happy to help you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and local courier delays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Why can i only add one discount code?
Sadly, all orders are limited to 1 discount per order, this means no stacking of discounts.
However we run promotions on the store often.
If you are lucky enough to have a discount code, use It ASAP as they are limited to a number of uses.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make sure our customers always love our products, however if you need to return an order, we’re here to help.

How do i cancel my order?
When you place an order, our warehouse gets notified and starts picking your order straight away. Efficient right?
Unfortunately due to this we are unable to accept cancellations.
